Insurance Coverage

Most people in Massachusetts do not have true insurance coverage for acupuncture or herbal medicine.

On the chance that you are covered, this practice doesn't directly bill insurance. If you have coverage and your company allows, paperwork is provided so that you can be reimbursed. It is up to you to find out if your carrier will reimburse you and what information and paperwork is needed.

Full payment is expected at the time of treatment.

Some companies provide what is called an "affinity plan", where the acupuncturist gives discounted services in exchange for being listed on the plan. This practice doesn't participate in any these plans.
